Mentor Coaching Services
Empowering the Coach to Coach
The CCI Coaching Academy offers Mentor Coaching to all students of the Coaching Academy from Master II onwards. This service is for empowering the coach to coach. If you get mentor-coached it is all about empowering you to become a better coach, helping you in difficult client scenarios and providing you with professional and experienced advice for all areas of your coaching and your coaching business. Note: the MCS are not offered for free because it is not required or necessary to receive Mentor Coaching in order to successfully graduate from the Master curriculum or/and pass the Diploma Exam.
Booking
A single Mentor Coaching Session MSC (45-60 minutes) f2f/phone/Skype R 700
A monthly Mentor Coaching Package consisting of 2 MCS, 2 telephonic follow-up sessions (each capped at 15 minutes) and 2 email responses (reasonable scope) R 1450
A group Mentor Coaching Session is offered regularly via Skype (please see below for scheduled dates and times). This format allows up to 12 students to participate in a 2-hour event in which Mentor Coaching happens according to the participants' engagement and questions. Group Mentor Coaching Sessions are offered from time to time in your region (notification of dates and times will be sent via email).
