Master V - CCI Trainer program
Many who qualify as Consciousness Coaches® are inspired to become Trainers to mentor and guide others in CCI's powerful and life-changing consciousness development and coach training curriculum.
CCI is proud to offer one of the best and most challenging trainer education programs in the world. Carefully designed and developed by Marc Steinberg the Master V program offers the challenge to go beyond ‘Identity’ and Conditioning in order to achieve unique excellence and mastery in being an empowering human being. Candidates considering this program are asked to be clear to consider how far they want to go and whether they have their heart at the right place.
Master V consists of 4 levels
Level 1 includes training and graduation
on the level of “Basic Trainer Skills”
Level 2 includes training and graduation on the
level of “Professional Trainer”
Level 3 includes training and graduation on the
level of “CCI Trainer”
Level 4 includes training and graduation on the level
of “CCI Master Trainer”
Level 1
Participants develop their first competencies in leading introductions, sharing
sessions, video feedback sessions and facilitating exercises. That includes
the development of skills in successfully leading the Assistance Training
Program and having graduated from CCI’s ETP (Enrolment Training Program).
Level 2
Focuses on sophisticated presentation skills, professional competencies in
marketing, facilitating and leading the Master modules I-IV; leading the training
crew and training successfully the Master V L1 students as well as leading
CCI Introduction Evening events.
Level 3
Establishes and trains the participant to become a fully qualified CCI trainer,
reaching mastery and authenticity in all skills and disciplines, especially
in the core inquiries of the Master curriculum
Level 4
Transcends Level 1, 2 and 3 and challenges the candidate to “go beyond
100%” and achieve the competencies on the CCI Master Trainer level.
Methods of Instruction
- internships
- Trainer-to-student instructions
- on-the-spot coaching & mentoring
- performance assessment & feedback after each training day
- supervised leadership coaching practice
Level 1 “Basics in Training” – 6
months
24 live practice days including qualifying
1 x Theory class “Becoming a Trainer” (on a weekday 6-9pm)
ETP participation (R 2000 ETP fee gets covered by CCI)
Train-the-Trainer live practise
• 2 x 4 days live run-throughs as ATL
• 4 x 4 days live run-throughs as TA L1
2 x presentation & performance dress rehearsal evenings (on a weekday 6-9pm)
Level 2 “Professional
Trainer” - 9 months
36 live practice days including qualifying
1 x Theory class “Principles of a Professional Trainer” (on a weekday
6-9pm)
Train-the-Trainer live practise
• 9 x 4-days live run-throughs as TA L2
3 x presentation & performance dress rehearsal evenings (on a weekday 6-9pm)
Graduation with CCI’s International Diploma “Professional Trainer”
Level 3 “CCI Trainer” -
not specified
1 x Theory class “Core competencies of a CCI Trainer” (on a weekday
6-9pm)
Train-the-Trainer live practise
• As long as needed to develop the required competencies.
Graduation with a CCI Trainer contract
