Open Questions: The Art of Becoming
CCI graduates are trained in the art of asking open questions. These differ from standard or "closed" questions in that rather than aiming for a yes/no reply they seek to open the client's vision.
By asking these questions one initiates a process of being conscious of new perspectives and possibilities. Consciousness Coaches® are trained to ask result-oriented, open-ended questions in order to support their clients to open up to possibility and to respond freely and creatively.
These types of questions aim to empower people to have confidence in their own creative potential as well as support them to relax, stay detached, listen to themselves and move towards clarity on their own viewpoint.
Developing Authenticity: The Art of Being
CCI accredited coaches are authentic, which means they actively embrace and live the principles they are trained to impart to their clients. In business speak this translates to: they "walk their talk".
This authenticity creates an authority, empowered by the Coach's own actions and experience. This serves as living testimony to the success of Consciousness Coaching® and therefore inspires, moves and touches their clients.
High Efficiency
Coaching is a results-driven discipline and therefore its quality is measured by its efficiency. The faster the client achieves his defined results the better the coaching was. At CCI-CA students are trained in one of the world's most efficient coaching methods.
The coach is able to assess situations and knows how to initiate the possibilities. Development is not forced nor is it driven by the coach's assumptions or agenda. Consciousness Coaching® operates in accordance with the client's goals and personality while supporting the unfoldment and emergence of possibilities and creative potential.
A competent Coach is neither passive nor active, but interactive - they have a highly developed ability to perceive holistically, and they derive their actions accordingly. They do not stand in the client's way yet are always present as a high performance partner who stands 100% and unequivocally for the greatness of their client.

Performance, Image and Presentation
Free and self-expressive public speaking is not a matter of talent it is the self-confidence that you are worth listening to and have something to say. Students are methodically trained in order to speak freely and securely, with competence and fun.
The successful coach must not only be skilled and qualified, but also an excellent presenter. This will assist Consciousness Coaches® to penetrate the filters humans use to defend themselves from the information overload generated by media such as TV, Radio and internet and to impart the vital messages of personal freedom, creativity and infinite possibility.
