What is the Creative Consciousness International (CCI) Coaching Academy?

In 2002, Master Coach and Trainer Marc Steinberg, a registered member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and founding president of its Cape Town Chapter, established Creative Consciousness International in Cape Town, South Africa.

CCI is the successor of Marc's European corporate "Transformations SL." based in Spain. CCI has emerged from 20-years of research and successful coaching practice and has a current database of 3 000 clients.

One of CCI's enterprises is the Coaching Academy (CCI-CA) which was launched 1997 in Germany.

The academy's mission is to provide individuals and organisations worldwide with leading-edge, holistic Professional Coach and Master Coach Training. This powerful training enables graduates to create higher authentic and sustainable levels of competence and success on both personal and environmental levels.

Coach training at CCI-CA emphasises on educating its learners' practical competencies rather than providing them solely with theoretical knowledge. This is based on the understanding that a coach must "walk his talk."

How is the Course Programme Structured?

Our training programme is divided into several modules, with the first module: Master I - The Awareness Process™, providing a significant increase in awareness and insight into the nature of human consciousness.

We the have three phases for the Academy:

Basic coach education: Master I - Master III
Executive Coaching: Master IV - Business Mastery and the Art of Enrolment - Success in Action
Trainer Education: Master V

From I - IV each module is complete in itself. Those who wish to attend the next course may do so. We find that most of our students do.

How does it work/what happens on the Course?

A mind burdened by knowledge is surely impressive but slow and heavy when it comes to movement and challenges. This is why Marc Steinberg has developed a clear coaching structure that creates a channel for coaching to happen.

In CCI's Coaching Academy you learn by doing; you build wisdom by insights; you acquire skills by experience. Each day consists of inquiries into the nature of human consciousness (because this is where you work and what you work with) and experiential exercises, including video presentations and live demonstrations. The CCI-CA feedback sessions are extremely powerful in assisting you in breaking through blockages, developing the coach within.
